TERMS AND CONDITIONS :
This Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Irizpro Learning Solutions, hereinafter referred to as the “Institute,” and the enrolled student, hereinafter referred to as the “Student.”
1. COURSE ENROLLMENT:
1.1 The Student agrees to enroll in the Data Science & Analytics Training Program provided by the Institute.
1.2 The Institute reserves the right to refuse enrollment to any student based on its discretion.
2. FEES AND PAYMENTS:
2.1 The Student agrees to pay the specified course fees as outlined during the admission process.
2.2 All payments must be made on or before the due date specified by the Institute.
2.3 In the event of non-payment, the Institute reserves the right to suspend the student’s access to course materials and participation in classes.
3. COURSE MATERIALS:
3.1 All course materials provided by the Institute are for the exclusive use of the enrolled student and may not be shared or distributed without prior written consent from the Institute.
3.2 The Institute retains all intellectual property rights to the course materials.
4. ATTENDANCE AND PARTICIPATION:
4.1 The Student agrees to attend all scheduled classes and actively participate in the learning process.
4.2 Excessive absenteeism may result in the Institute taking necessary actions, including but not limited to academic probation or dismissal from the course.
5. CODE OF CONDUCT:
5.1 The Student agrees to adhere to the Institute’s code of conduct, which includes respectful and professional behaviour towards instructors and fellow students.
5.2 Violation of the code of conduct may lead to disciplinary actions, up to and including expulsion from the program.
6. CONFIDENTIALITY:
6.1 The Student agrees to keep all confidential information obtained during the course confidential and not to disclose or use such information for personal gain or any other purpose.
7. TERMINATION:
7.1 The Institute reserves the right to terminate the student’s enrolment for violation of these terms and conditions or for any other valid reason.
8. MISCELLANEOUS:
8.1 Any amendments or modifications to this Agreement must be in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
8.2 This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], and any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the [Arbitration Authority].
9. ATTENDANCE, ASSESSMENTS, AND ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE:
9.1 The Student acknowledges that maintaining attendance of more than 85% is mandatory to be eligible for participating in mock interviews, assessments, and evaluations.
9.2 All assignments must be submitted on or before the specified due dates. Late submissions may result in a deduction of grades or other penalties, as determined by the Institute.
9.3 The Student is required to be present for all assessment tests and mock interviews scheduled during the course. Failure to participate may affect the student’s overall performance evaluation.
10. ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE:
10.1 The Student must obtain a minimum of 60% marks in projects, assessments, and assignments to qualify for participation in mock interviews.
10.2 Academic performance will be a crucial factor in determining eligibility for the final mock interview and subsequent placement processes.
11. MOCK INTERVIEWS AND PLACEMENT PROCESS:
11.1 The Institute’s Placement Team will conduct a final mock interview as part of the placement preparation process.
11.2 To be eligible for the final mock interview, the student must meet the attendance criteria and successfully submit all assignments.
11.3 The Student must meet the criteria set by the Placement Team during the final mock interview to qualify for the subsequent industry expert mock interview.
11.4 Successful completion of the industry expert mock interview is a prerequisite for participating in internship interviews or placement interviews facilitated by the Institute.
12. PLACEMENT SUPPORT:
12.1 After successfully passing the initial interview round, the student qualifies for the Institute’s Placement Program/Internship Program.
12.2 The Placement Program initially offers 5 interviews. Should the Student not succeed in these, feedback is collected from the participating companies.
12.3 If the feedback suggests the need for further preparation, the student will undergo Interview Prep Sessions provided by the Institute.
12.4 Post-Interview Prep Sessions, the student re-enters the Placement Program for an additional 5 interviews.
12.5 Failure to clear these interviews leads to gathering company and HR feedback, followed by mandatory rebrushing sessions ranging from 15 to 45 days based on the feedback.
12.6 After completing rebrushing sessions, the student re-enters the Placement Program for another 5 interviews
12.7 If unsuccessful in these rounds, the student can opt to retake the entire course or pay an additional fee for extended placement support to continue receiving placement assistance.
12.8 Placement support, available for 8 months post-course completion, includes only interview scheduling. The Institute shall not be held responsible for placement outcomes or any future commitments post-placement of the student.
12.9 It’s important to note that placement support is limited to arranging interviews. Students are responsible for their performance and must clear the interviews based on their merit.
12.10 Furthermore, Irizpro will not be held accountable for the post-placement performance of individuals within the company, nor will it intervene in any agreements or policies between the company and the placed student.
13. Refund Policy:
13.1 The initial admission payment is non-refundable.
13.2 Tuition fees are refundable only within 3 days of the course commencement, and a processing fee of 499 will be deducted.
Late Payment Charges:
-A late payment charge will be applied in the event that the instalment is not received by the specified due date.
– Late payment charges of 500/Week will be applicable for each overdue instalment.
By Accepting terms & Conditions, the student acknowledges receipt, understanding, and acceptance of the terms related to the Placement Support Program.
