Thank you for purchasing our courses. We are committed to ensuring a rewarding experience for all our users, whether engaging in instructor-led or self-paced training.

By purchasing a course, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Refund Policy. Please review the terms and conditions governing our Refund Policy below:

For Self-Paced Learning:

To qualify for a refund, you must:

  •  Submit your refund request within 7 days of purchasing the course.
  • Have consumed less than 25% of the course content.
  • Not have requested any exam voucher or additional materials.

Requests that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a refund.

For Instructor-Led Training:

To qualify for a refund, you must:

  • Submit your refund request within 7 days of purchasing the course.
  • Have consumed less than 20% of the course content.
  • Have attended no more than one live online class.
  • Not have requested any exam voucher or additional materials.

Refund requests that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

Refund Request Process:

To initiate a refund, send an email to team@irizpro.in with your request.

Duplicate Payments:

Refunds for duplicate payments will be processed within 15 working days of your request.

rizpro reserves the right to revise this policy without prior notice.
