Thank you for purchasing our courses. We are committed to ensuring a rewarding experience for all our users, whether engaging in instructor-led or self-paced training.

By purchasing a course, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Refund Policy. Please review the terms and conditions governing our Refund Policy below:

For Self-Paced Learning:

To qualify for a refund, you must:

Submit your refund request within 7 days of purchasing the course.
Have consumed less than 25% of the course content.
Not have requested any exam voucher or additional materials.

Requests that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a refund.

For Instructor-Led Training:

To qualify for a refund, you must:

Submit your refund request within 7 days of purchasing the course.
Have consumed less than 20% of the course content.
Have attended no more than one live online class.
Not have requested any exam voucher or additional materials.

Refund requests that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

Refund Request Process:

To initiate a refund, send an email to team@irizpro.in with your request.

Duplicate Payments:

Refunds for duplicate payments will be processed within 15 working days of your request.

rizpro reserves the right to revise this policy without prior notice.
